Kayte Fredrickson is the AVP, Product Innovation and Marketing at New Ventures, a division of Munich Re North America (Life and Health).  She brings over 25 years of experience to the discussion after holding various positions throughout the Life and Health insurance industry.  Whether it be reinsurance, direct insurance, product design, underwriting or administration, her unique view on tackling issues embodies creativity, customer focus and solutions for all partners in the supply chain. Kayte holds several educational achievements in the financial services industry, including the Canadian Risk Management designation, Managed Healthcare and Long Term Management Professionals designations as well as that of Professional, Academy for Healthcare Management.
